ArcGIS Military Overlay Editor is a set of COM components that allows developers to create custom applications that support the Department of Defense. With MOLE, users can add geographic data while composing and positioning unit symbols, automatically stack, declutter symbols, and place leader lines, import and locate order of battle databases, and display them.
